APPLICATION INFORMATION
Doctor of Ministry
A Master of Divinity or an equivalent Masters degree in a theological field is required for admission to the Doctor of Ministry program. If your Masters degree is not the equivalent of a Master of Divinity degree, you may be required to take courses at the Masters level before beginning the Doctor of Ministry Program.

To apply for the program, please prepare and submit the following:

Official transcripts - undergraduate and graduate

Resume or Biographical Sketch

Two (2) Letters of Recommendation

Letter of approval from ministry setting supervisor or governing body

Stepping Stones essay - Two (2) page statement regarding journey into ministry responding to the following writing prompt:

Offer a brief narration of your journey into ministry.

Please write about your ministry leadership expounding on the books and theologians that inform your call to further education
-

Copy of ordination papers
-
Documented ministry experience, entailing at least three (3) years of full-time ministerial leadership

Sample graduate research paper

Official ACPE transcripts (if applicable)

​All documentation for application to the Doctor of Ministry Program must be received at least two months prior to the beginning of the term for which you are applying. Once the application materials have been received, you will be contacted to schedule an interview with the Program Director to evaluate your admission file. A final decision of acceptance will be made by the Admissions Committee on a rolling basis.
Masters Programs
Our recruitment team and admissions personnel are ready to assist you. To apply for the Master of Arts in Pastoral Ministry Program, please prepare and submit the following:

Official transcripts of credits from all educational institutions attended

A 2-3 page statement of purpose, responding to the following prompt: In what way do you see an academic theological degree to be a part of your vocation or call? You might choose to discuss your academic preparation for this degree and the courses, mentors, or particular readings that have been most influential.​

Urban Ministry Diploma
