Dr. Carla Spight-Mackey

Dr. Carla Spight-Mackey is an experienced leader in Organizational change, program development and quality management.

Populations served: mental health, substance abuse, gambling, child welfare (licensing, aging out youth), criminal justice, and juvenile justice.

Clinical experience: SED children through adult, individuals diagnosed PTSD, Grief and Loss, Abuse, HIV/AIDS, domestic violence. Long term experience working with children diagnosed SED in clinical residential setting, disenfranchised - homelessness and poverty.

Specialties: Clinical Director, Manager, and Therapist (SED children through Adult populations), Gambling Counselor/Trainer; ACES Trainer; LifeSills Crucial Conversations Trainer; Development of Policies and Procedures, Licensing and Accreditation Standards, Administrative and Staff Training and Development.
